Since i am not in hr, or an adp admin, i am not allowed to contact adp support for some reason, and our hr department is technologically illiterate so i highly doubt they will be able to resolve it on there own If you are on the workforce now platform there is a way to integrate. You should be able to go to people > time off > policy assignments to add the policy with a past start date Assign the policy then go to time off > time off balances for earned/adjusted if you need to add additional hours off onto the policy Might be a manual process but shouldn’t take too long. We just implemented adp wfn next gen and the system itself is not at all what we were sold on
It has been clunky and there are features that aren’t even “turned on” yet that are still in the user interface. There is a ton of free training available through adp workforce now They also have the bridge which is an online community forum There are also numerous youtube tutorials
We switched from adp run to adp work force now at the beginning of the year and it was the worst decision i've ever made
