Inside Sales & Marketing Associate

Technology Insight is in search of high-energy, organized, driven Inside Sales & Marketing Associate to support our growth. As an Inside Sales & Marketing Associate, you will work closely with the Director of Sales to develop and maintain salesforce.com database, generate appointments and leads for field sales through cold calling (B2B), implement and manage marketing campaigns through CRM and web tools, assist in responding to RFP’s, and follow-up on leads as a result of marketing activities.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Education - Bachelors degree
• Experience – 1-2 yrs previous outbound calling experience, preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word; Powerpoint beneficial
• Knowledge of salesforce.com or other CRM, beneficial
• Strong & effective telephone communication skills
• Strong writing skills – client/prospect communications, writing RFP responses
• Meticulous, thorough approach to work
• Strong ability to multi-task
